These Terms of Service govern your use of Zakthrexeuvulin's gift wrapping and handmade gift services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Zakthrexeuvulin provides gift wrapping services and handmade gift creation. Services are provided subject to availability and agreement on specific requirements.
We reserve the right to decline service requests that we are unable to fulfill or that do not align with our capabilities.
Service Agreement
When you request our services, we will discuss your requirements and agree on the scope of work, materials to be used, and any applicable fees. This agreement forms the basis of our service provision.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the items to be wrapped or the handmade items you require. This includes:

Once we have agreed on the service details, this forms a binding agreement. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in adjustments to pricing or timelines, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon when services are arranged. Payment is typically required upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed.
We accept various payment methods, which will be discussed when arranging services. Accepted methods may include:
- Cash payments for in-person transactions
- Bank transfer or electronic payment
- Other payment methods as agreed
Payment terms for custom or large orders may differ and will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to request a deposit for custom orders or large projects.
All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Handmade Items
Handmade items are created individually and may vary slightly from examples shown. Each piece is unique, and we cannot guarantee exact replication of previous items.
The nature of handmade items means that:
- Each piece will have slight variations that reflect its handmade character
- Colours may vary slightly due to natural materials or batch differences
- Dimensions may have minor variations within acceptable tolerances
- Textures and finishes may show natural variations
These variations are part of the handmade aesthetic and should be expected. If you have specific requirements for handmade items, please discuss these with us in advance so we can determine if they can be met and set appropriate expectations.
For custom handmade items, we will provide samples or detailed descriptions where possible to ensure you understand what to expect before the item is created.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing items to be wrapped in good condition
- Disclosing any special handling requirements
- Collecting completed work within agreed timeframes
- Providing accurate contact information
Limitation of Liability
While we take care in our work, we are not liable for damage to items that occurs due to factors beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that valuable or fragile items be handled with appropriate care.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be discussed when services are arranged and may vary depending on the type of service and stage of completion.
Cancellation policies:
- Before Work Begins: Cancellations made before work has started are generally fully refundable, though any deposits paid may be subject to specific terms agreed at the time of booking.
- During Production: For handmade items or services that are in progress, cancellation may result in partial charges based on work completed and materials used.
- Completed Services: Once services are completed and delivered, standard return policy applies rather than cancellation terms.
We will always discuss cancellation terms with you when services are arranged, and we aim to be fair and transparent about any charges that may apply.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and other materials, is the property of Zakthrexeuvulin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
